I had 6 implants, 4 to hold an upper center, 2 to replace bottom molars, done in 2014. The procedure all went very well. I didnt love how my denture looked but whatever, it was okay. One of my bottom implants broke off within a couple of years, the other has been spinning on the post for about 3 years.
