Did a good job cutting down the tree. But did not grind the stump. Said he would call me and let me know when the crew could do it. They did not schedule or call back. I left many messages, but did not hear from them. Unfortunately I paid them and took him at his word. I trusted him to at least return my calls, but he did not. Do not recommend doing business with them since they will not follow up with you to finish the work.

They trimmed several trees and also thinned a couple trees, although it appears they forgot to thin one of the trees they said they would do. They only thinned the trees as high as the tree trimmer would climb, which was less than half the height of the tree(s) it appears to me. I needed a stump ground down, but there grinder was being serviced, so they said they would come back. They never did, so I called them, and they said the foreman would call and schedule a time, he never did. The work they did was average at best and... read more

Impressive work and a fair price. Crew 1 gave me an estimate and immediately began extensive pruning of trees lining the west and north side of my property and also "cabled" a huge maple. They are not just any tree service. They were knowledgeable and had an arborist on the crew.

Travis and Crew 3 stopped by and provided an estimate to take down a tree in the front of our house and to trim a tree over our roof and wires in the backyard. Estimate was more than fair. Work was completed same day. Crew was courteous and efficient! Other than the stack of wood in my front yard, you can barely tell they were here!

I used this company the first time about 4 years ago. I needed tree work this year and called for the person that did the job then. I spoke with the owner and she said he was no longer with the company. After a short discussion I agreed for her to send an estimator. We agreed to move forward with the job. I have a fairly large property with several trees and have been dealing with tree companies for over 30 years. Most companies have a climber, who I believe is the most important crew member. We had Haleys come out to give us a price on getting some Spring cleanup done here in the Columbus Ohio area. They sent Scotts crew out the next day to walk threw and give us a price. He gave us a great deal on getting everything done so we agreed to have them take care of everything. His crew was able to get to us the next day. They did the best job I've ever had done." I had Haley’s tree company out at my property yesterday on 4-26-22 I would just love to say that, when it comes to professional hard working men the climber Joey and his Groundsman were absolutely amazing and Joey was fantastically spoken and very understandable and explained to me in a unique way detail after detail of how to keep my trees nicely shaped and healthy . Thanks Joey your shiny head and smile will sell any job ! Very appreciate to crew 3 !
