Not sure if anything changed in the past few years but to really bad experiences with them made me leave. First time was I had a dual axle trailer with brakes that need to work, they said they could save me money and rebuild the brakes, when I picked it up they gave me a bill of 900+ dollars. Dropped my boat off for a minor hydraulic steering issue. It took them 7 weeks, but they did fix it. While fixing it, they stained my seadeck with steering fluid and never offered to replace it. Haileys has truly lost touch with the community and is no longer the place we used to love
