My experience doctor wise was good and I have no complaints about that. Dr. Haley was friendly and explained everything that was going on with me and even answered any questions that I had. My only complaint is that my prescription was not sent to my preferred pharmacy and I called the pharmacy as well as the dermatologist office and at the end of the day my prescription ended up not being refilled and it’s a shame because I really needed it urgently the same day because of my eczema flair up.
Haley Thornton is such a wonderful PA. She’s thorough, kind, patient, and always generous with answering my many questions.
