Staff very friendly and professional, had a small issue with Invisalign which was resolved. Made sure I understood the plan until the next follow up.
I had my first appointment yesterday with Tate Family Dentistry and it went very well. My dental hygienist Erica was very friendly and efficient. She listened to my preferences, explained clearly what we were doing as she performed the scans to update my charts, and was very focused during the cleaning. She also had some good recommendations (and coupons!) for some additional steps I can add to my daily routines.
My family has been going to Haley Tate and his team for the past 25 years and they are great. I recommend everyone in the Frederick area to check them out if you're looking for a place that will take care of you like family.
First dental experience in 40 years that I can honestly say was courteous efficient and a good learning experience. First dentist that explained with detail pictures of needed work....Great Job!
