She is not professional at all. And I wished we would have went to Roper St. Francis instead of experiencing this form of unprofessionalism. Roper St. Francis was very professional and explained my husband’s underlying pain in full detail unlike the meeting we’ve experienced with this individual who just want money instead of wellness of the patient. She appeared to make doctors seem uneducated and uncaring. I hope her behavior changes…….you definitely got to do better…..especially when you work in the health field.
All the staff we're very courteous and helpful. Was called back on time. I had my egg trays done Dr. Merrill came in and explained everything to me in detail. It put me at ease, because I've been struggling with my foot since 2014. I'm trying to find the solution. I hold both staff and the Doctor in high regard!! 🙌
Dr Merrill repaired my broken hip and did a great job. The pain after surgery has been minimal and I am grateful for that!
