A number of other places said it couldn't be done; these guys did it, and made a perfect job of it, as well as being friendly and courteous and doing it at a very reasonable price. Thank you, and I'll certainly recommend them to anyone who needs jewelry adjusted or fixed.
I get all my wife’s jewelry here. Awesome bunch of guys. I also really like the citizen watches. Fair prices and good fast services compared to other jewelry shops. They design and make their own jewelry. That’s rare.
I will not EVER go back here or recommend them to anyone again! After having a battery changed in a watch the second hand was loose and just flopping around and the glass was loose. I took it back for Mike, the one who broke it, to fix it. I picked it up, all seemed good. After 2 days, it fogged up in the shower and now has water spots under the, again, loose glass!! So, what was a $5 new battery purchase, has turned into a $150 new watch purchase and one of my favorite watches is ruined. I assumed a jeweler would be capable... read more
