Whatever you do, do not take your children to this practice. I brought by daughter in at 18 mod. due to rash she developed from scratching her excema. Dr. Ira LaVoe looked at her rash and said it was mini hemangiomas,(my daughter was born with a small hemangioma, strawberry birthmark), on her lip). I told him I didn t agree since I know the rash started as a result of scratching. Lack of knowledge and dont care for their patients. My son was sent over to hospital ER for the GAS problem! We came to the office with the expectation of receiving some gas relief medication, not ER. And the urinary and blood work test made us heartbroken. And we are discharged from hospital with NOTHING - wasted 7 hours in the hospital ER! And the doctors in Broomall Pediatrics Association werent able to help us with the gas problem at all. Dr. Anderson is extremely knowledgeable and thorough in pediatric medicine. She is my sons primiary physician and as a new mother ,I never feel any question is too silly to pose to her. Same day appointments are never a challenge with the practice as well. I highly recommend Dr. Anderson- especially to a first time mom.
I have never had a bad experience since taking my children here. Both of my kids have been coming here since their births. Dr. Anderson and the other doctors are always very patient with you, and listen to what you say. I have never felt rushed even on the phone at 3:00 in the morning. Their hours are fantastic; I particularly like the walk in hours from 7:45-8:15am, Mon-Fri. They are very direct without being cold and insensitive, and great with the kids. We really like Dr. Anderson. Shes been our pediatrician since our daughter was an infant, and shes always been extremely attentive, caring, patient, and involved. She goes the extra mile in examinations, and is thoughtful in diagnoses. Shes also very gentle and understanding about little ones who are ill and out-of-sorts. As far as were concerned, shes a great pediatrician. Were very lucky to have her!
Dr. Anderson is treating my step daughter for ADD/HD. We have found Dr. Anderson very friendly, professional and knowledgeble about this situation. She has provided excellent care, and has given us good reosurces to help out daughter.
