Cat wash process are reasonable especially when you consider they have free vacuums and offer clean towels for customers to use to clean/dry their cars... They also have a machine that cleans your floor mats.
Terrible customer service and hostile management. I am a member and took my car through last week. The wash tore of my wiper cap, no big deal honestly. Filled out the claim form and was told they would call me when the part came in. This morning one of the managers calls and asks if I want to replace the part of extend my membership by "a week or two". When I pointed out that the cost to replace the part was more than 2 weeks of free washes, he started raising his voice and generally was just hostile and angry with me trying... read more
Very clean and busy
Brand new car. HAD IT ONE WEEK. Took it for a wash and came out with a scratch. NEVER going back.
