I lived in a building managed by Hales for 7 years and had nothing but positive experiences. Building was clean, well-managed and staff was responsive and helpful.
I asked for extra keys to my place, and Colin responded promptly with directions to the locksmith, who had my keys ready when I arrived. It was great to have a relatively small problem resolved so quickly and easily. My compliments to Colin and the other people at Hales Property Management.
Anyone is seeking a management company; please, by all means, look elsewhere! There are many reasons that constitute carelessness of this self-centered company. Steve Walter, a manager of the company, bought unit 5C at Casa Bonita, in April; 2014.During that time, Walter was working by himself with the pipes.
