Been doing business with Hales for years both for my home and business and I can’t recommend them highly enough. They are on time, courteous and professional every time. Just had Matt and his team at my house to replace our aging HVAC systems with new high efficiency systems. Matt and the guys lived up to everything I’ve come to expect from a Hales experience. If you’re looking for a heating/cooling company in the Kansas City area, this one is great.

Todd and Justin were great. Prompt and and very communicative throughout the install. A few punch list items that I would have liked to seen done, but it was getting late into the evening and I’m sure they were ready to be home. Would definately recommend!
Josh Fangman was great to work with. He was knowledgeable, thorough, professional and explained things to me in a way that was easy to grasp. I’ll keep coming back.
