Josh did a great job maintaining my heating system. He also went over my mini-split system. He explained potential issues and corrective actions. Performed job both professionally and timely. Very intelligent young man.

Drew came out to fix our ac, he was quick and efficient. Wonderful job! Installed Ecobee thermostat, gave a great explanation of its settings. Drew was out for the fall checkup... he answered all my questions. Pleasure having him visit

He was great. That’s why I use Hale’s. He was very nice, fixed my problems and told me I shouldn’t need me to keep having to add Freon every year that I had to do thanks to a previous company. He was on time and fixed me within the time I had slotted. I will continue to use Hale’s due to the excellent care. He earned my respect. The gentleman I think his name was Josh!!?? He did an excellent job, diagnosing the problem and sent the best today to repair. Give them both a raise. Thank you.Yvonne Parker
