Josh showed up quickly and worked efficiently. He explained in detail what he would do and why he was doing it. The person that took my call was so friendly and informed me of everything they would do to get our air conditioner working again ASAP. I am VERY pleased with Hale’s heating & cooling.
The whole process was great. We had a whole new heat pump and furnace put in. Todd and Troy were awesome. They were able to remove the old equipment and bring in the new without any issues or marks on the walls and floors. The process was easy, I was given info for operating the equipment and off they went. Heating and cooling issues suck and are always expensive.
