I booked an appointment two weeks ago with Stacey for 7:30-8 am 7/11/18 (today). At 8;30 no show, called the office & was told by Stacey that she had just walked in & put me on hold. Came back on the phone only to apologize, as she had entered the time/date wrong. I repeated back to her the day of scheduling to be sure I had it right & she confirmed. First impressions reflect on entire company. Is there anything the world can do without looking at their damn phones :(.
