Our goal for adding siding was no more painting especially on a ladder. We were told Hales would probably begin work approximately 2 months after signing contract. Hales did not add any trim around doors so door facings still must be painted with one area being 9 foot above ground level. Hales was quick to take our 50% down payment and quick to return after job was finally completed 6 months later but that’s all that was done in a “timely manner” as stated in our job contract. Hale Construction replaced our roof and some vinyl siding after hail storm damage. The crew arrived at 4 p.m. and worked until dark. The next day they returned at 6:20 a.m. and worked about a 14 hour day. The next day they came at about 6:20 a.m. and by 3 p.m they were packing up and we had a new roof. The workers were very polite, and they took care to protect my flowers and foundation plantings. Several weeks later they came to replace the siding on the south side of our house.
