객실은 깔끔하고 위치도 매우 만족했습니다. 다만 로비에 있는 한국인 여성직원은 왜 한국인에게만 불친절한가요? 하와이에서 유일하게 불쾌한 경험이었습니다. 한국인인 저희에게는 무표정으로 딱딱함을 넘어서 화난 듯한 모습으로 체크인해주고 바로 뒤에 있던 서양인에게는 웃으면서 인사하시더라구요. 같은 한국인끼리 인종차별인지 불친절한 한국인 투숙객을 많이 만나서 그런건지는 모르겠지만 여행 중 설레는 마음으로 체크인하러 갔다가 직원때문에 당황스러웠고 투숙기간중에 생긴 문의사항 등은 일부러 한국인 직원이 아닌 분께 문의했습니다. (26.3.29-31 투숙하였습니다)

Last minute resy and room was fine - clean though all amenities are upon request. Pool had partial ocean view. All in all, not bad — appreciate there is no resort fee which is rare for hotels in Hawaii. Only con: male front desk attendant working 7 June 2026 between 930-12pm was… unpleasant to say the least. For someone in customer service, it seemed like interacting with guests was his living nightmare. 시설 객실 다 깨끗하고 좋았고 체크인 할 때 도와주신 한국인 직원분이 친절하게 잘 도와주셔서 좋았음. 요일마다 있는 이벤트도 굿 목요일이라고 와인데이 하면서 로비에서 나눠준 와인도 맛잇었고 서비스 너무 좋아요 아주 만족

Super recomendable , cerquita de la playa, y de ofertas gastronómicas, incluso a pasitos se encuentra una tienda ABC con oferta de comida rapida para llevar, bebidas, remeras, artículos para la playa es un supermarket chiquito pero surtido. El hotel destaca por su atencion, limpieza, habitaciones super equipadas y limpias, la piscina es barbara pequeña pero acogedora, tiene hidro muy piola. Super recomendable volvería sin dudarlo.

We loved our stay at Halepuna. Warm welcome from the first minutes. All clean and tidy, located perfectly on Waikiki beach. Hotel’s poolside bar cocktails are top notch👌🏼
