What a complete waste of time. I found this clinic through the Blue Shield provider network, and it was clearly listed as in-network. I waited nearly a month for my coverage to become effective, only to be told afterward that the clinic was no longer accepting new patients. This information should have been updated before patients were directed there.
I was searching for a PCP and tried out Dr. Khoshreza and will not be returning. Her nursing staff was unprofessional, the Dr. did not have any helpful suggestions on a diagnosis and just ordered me labs. Before I left, she asked if I wanted her to take a closer look using a tool called an 'anescope' (a glorified tube with a light on it). I was like 'why not, i'm already here' and then a year later I get a $100 bill for a 'surgery.' This "surgery" took all of 2 minutes. Dr. Khozreza is lovely. She is a very caring and concerned physician. I found her easy to talk to as well as an engaged listener. Additionally, she was very thorough in her evaluation of my lab results and overall health profile. She treated me as an individual and not as a metric. I felt at ease in her presence. Dr. K explained things clearly and did not push unwanted medications. I feel that I have finally found a physician I can trust.
Dr Khoshreza is professional, caring and kind. She is an excellent listener and is helpful with all your concerns. It is so hard to find a good PCP. I am so happy I found her!
