Horribly unprofessional property management group. I was overcharged approximately $6,000 in HOA fees from the previous owner and have been given the run around for a year while they charge me monthly late fees despite me paying my dues early every month since moving in. Unsurprisingly, they are not BBB accredited.
I am the President of the Parker Ridge HOA and Haleas Group became our property managers after acquiring the smaller management company that we were with. Our old manager was suppose to be still in charge and run our Association but suddenly she was gone and shortly after her assistant was gone too. Our first project Tom Purrazzo recommended that we use his neighbor as our concrete contractor.
