Never answer the phone, current Haleakala customer and so hard to get ahold of and email communication is non existent. Just want my pv panels serviced.

Horrible customer service. Salesperson quit when I was getting panels. They must pay on comission because after that nearly impossible to get any one to return calls resulting in delays. Ten years after installation micro inverters under warranty fail. Now they won't schedule a service call. In essance refusing to honor the warranty.

I called for servicing on an existing solar panel that they initially installed years back. No return call. I called again three days later to follow up. As of today, I have not heard from them.

They are very hard to get a hold of they do not return your calls. They had punctured my roof in multiple places, putting up their brackets now my roof leaks, and they will not return my calls to come and fix it.
