MY GOD! I simply cannot say enough good things about Dr. Hamilton and the staff (especially Stella)! My cat had to undergo a tooth extraction surgery, initially performed by a local vet. Unfortunately, complications kept piling up. Four weeks later, she still hadn’t recovered. It was such a painful experience for both my cat and our family. I wish I could give higher than a 5 star because this entire place deserves it. I brought my dog Tofu here ( scared as ever) and from the moment I walked in I felt my nerves leave my body instantly. My dog cracked his back tooth and I wanted to save the tooth with a root canal. Dr. Hamilton came out with a white board and explained everything step by step and even explained that maybe a root canal wouldn’t work because of some issues. My cat Teller had to have all remaining teeth extracted and what resulted in an extensive clean-up of left-over roots, teeth etc. - it was quite a complex mess and Dr. Hamilton was the man to take it all on! Dr. Hamilton has a wonderful disposition, is caring and honest about what lies ahead. The office staff too, are exceptional. They are friendly, helpful, comforting and above all, thoroughly explained every aspect of the procedure and costs. This is no cheap event.
