I wish I could give higher than a 5 star because this entire place deserves it. I brought my dog Tofu here ( scared as ever) and from the moment I walked in I felt my nerves leave my body instantly. My dog cracked his back tooth and I wanted to save the tooth with a root canal. Dr. Hamilton came out with a white board and explained everything step by step and even explained that maybe a root canal wouldn’t work because of some issues. My cat Teller had to have all remaining teeth extracted and what resulted in an extensive clean-up of left-over roots, teeth etc. - it was quite a complex mess and Dr. Hamilton was the man to take it all on! Dr. Hamilton has a wonderful disposition, is caring and honest about what lies ahead. The office staff too, are exceptional. They are friendly, helpful, comforting and above all, thoroughly explained every aspect of the procedure and costs. This is no cheap event. Many thanks to Dr Hamilton and his staff for their excellent care, patience and tolerance of Annie. He was great at explaining exactly what was going to happen and why, and made us feel very comfortable and confident in our decision to go ahead with her surgery.
I recently took my 13-year-old cat, Junior, to Hale Veterinary Clinic for a specialist consultation regarding an extraction. Rhea and I had such a great experience at Hale Vet Clinic. Dr. Hamilton was thorough with his explanations and took the time to break everything down. The staff there is lovely and truly make your fur baby feel at home along with the owners. Rhea had dental surgery which isn't cheap, but they are honest with pricing and very professional. Couldn't be happier with the service, I highly recommend this clinic! Thanks again Hale team :)
