HALE Trailer B & W exceeded my expectations while attempting to establish a rental account at the Jacksonville, FL location. I was driving all day and unable to print & complete docs needed to establish the account, but needed a lowboy trailer the following day. Never rent here they make me fill out the application and after they told me that it was month by month and now they want to charger per mile if is a shorter term when I call they didn’t tell me that from the beginning other wise I would’ve have send an application and sending my details 😡 not happy they should have that from the beginning
