I have done business with hale trailer for a while now BIG THANK YOU TO LIZ AND CHRIS I must definitely recommend this location the staff is phenomenal , great customer service, great communication, prompt service, they get what you need when you need it .
Great people to do business with
I deal with the Walpole location Hale trailer on almost a weekly basis. The receptionists are always very friendly. The parts guys(Andrew,Jay and Chris)go above and beyond everytime I call. I highly recommend them for all of your trailer needs.
I have used Hale a few times to rent trailers and they have been fantastic every time. This time around I dealt with Chris at the Walpole location and he was great. Throughout the whole process he was transparent and got me the trailer I needed quickly. When I went to pick it up, he offered to give me a few fittings to make the hydraulic lines work on my truck so I didn’t have to stress. He went beyond to make my experience great. I will be renting from them every time I need a trailer.
Dangerous drivers! The responsible company should check their drivers licenses as they endanger lives of other commuters on the road, unsafe and poor professionalism.
