Parts customer service sucks, call 7 times was transfered to parts and nobody picked finally on the 8th time later in the day got somebody asked what I wanted then told me he would have to get a hold of fontaine and would get right back to me, 2 days later still haven't heard back, Tri State trailer is now my go to place, futher drive but at least they take care of their customers

The people that run the service department I’ve always been cool with me. It’s a nice place to drop a trailer off and get it taken care of.
