I had Hale Roofing do a repair job on a rubber roof May 2022, the worker they sent was fairly new in doing roofing and when he was done I could look through the repair from the inside of the house and see sunlight. I called to let Hale Roofing know the situation and sent them photos and they claimed it was normal. Of course the leak was still there. Hale Roofing completed a full roof installation that included copper flashing work and reuse of other copper flashing and valleys. I was very particular in the way I wanted the job done. Rich was the first person I met with and he was great. He listened to what I wanted and how I wanted it done and he assured me that it would be done as I expected.
