I had Hale Roofing do a repair job on a rubber roof May 2022, the worker they sent was fairly new in doing roofing and when he was done I could look through the repair from the inside of the house and see sunlight. I called to let Hale Roofing know the situation and sent them photos and they claimed it was normal. Of course the leak was still there.
