I called the salon and shared with them how my hair needs to be treated. I even took the time and went to meet with the salon owner before booking an appointment to color my hair ICY BLONDE. since the owner Joe names the Salon Hale Organic..I expected the quality/ CLEANNESS and professionalism he is marketing his salon. The receptionist strongly insisted her boss is experienced and would carefully do my hair.
