ABOVE AND BEYOND! I sought out Kevin Kellys help this summer with my child support case. I had been trying to deal with resolving back owed and current unpaid child support payments on my own for the past 5 years and had gotten nowhere. Excellent Lawyer!!! Super great communicator and a diligent researcher on case law. Kevin would take my calls noon and night and would work with me on every angle that was being presented in my turbulent case. I got everything I needed with his hired help and I never saw a day in court. If your looking for someone to shut the nonsense down with a quickness; this is your hired gun. My only problem with Kelly is that he isn't licensed in every state.
Highly recommend! – Hiring an attorney is always a difficult process. After many calls & phone consultations with various different attorneys, I ended up hiring Kevin Kelly. Great Attorney - Highly recommend – Very confident, honest and reasonable. Doesn't try to woe you into anything or use any pressure. I respected his opinion and his ability to listen and evaluate. Would recommend to anyone going through some of the more difficult aspects of ones life, such as divorce, separation etc. very understanding. Nice staff.
Very Effective and Very Affordable – Mr. Kelly represented me when I divorced my husband of over 30 years. My husband and I owned a long-standing family business, 3 homes, numerous retirements and total assets worth approximately $1.5 million. Bad customer service – Hired for divorce, not recommend. Difficult communicator and hard to work with, poor listening skills and overcharges for services rendered.
Is rude acceptable now? – Having been calling different legal services to find which will serve me best I came across one of the rudest staff members so far. How about a little customer service training?!
