Great experience! He repaired my right knee and highly recommend him.
I loved Dr. Hale and was very pleased with his work but sadly I am extremely disappointed by the unprofessionalism of the office manager Kristen. I left messages with the front office three times to discuss a concern and she never returned my call. I called back to follow up a few weeks later and she admitted that she got my calls but didn't seem concerned that she never responded. She was very rude, unapologetic and sarcastic over the phone. See google review for their rude response.
He is The best! I am walking again because of his expertise. He is kind and listens with great compassion. Our family has been very great full for his exceptional care.
Doctor Hale has performed surgery on myself and my wife, and we both have had great results. I am impressed that Doctor Hale takes the time to listen to his patients, and I actually feel as though he treats me as a person and not just a number. I am very happy with the staff at Doctor Hales new office, they have been very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
Dr Hale repaired my right shoulder in August 2015 which had a very severe rotator cuff tear and a large bone spur. After surgery and physical therapy my shoulder is back to 100 percent again. Thanks to Dr Hale and his staff for a great experience and for giving me the use of my arm back.
Have had shots in both knees. Also, broken shoulder.
The first visit was all good until surgery time. It took over two weeks and they gave me medicine i was allergic to. I go back for second visit to try to get something i can take. Then they had my surgery date and they give me ultram. I explained to them i have to take to many and i have a bad stomach. Tom was rude on the phone then i get there. Hes looking me up and down like i stink. I ask 4 times to see Dr. Hale then a person named crystal comes in with an attitude just take those thats all.
He takes the time to listen.
After my knee surgery, I had very little pain, no infections, no complications and my knee is better than new! He has a kind, thorough bedside manner and truly cares about his patients. He is the best in my book!
