I was a patient there this year, recovering from a crushed hand injury. While the staff was kind, the level of care I received was unsatisfactory. Ultimately I moved my care to the Orlando area and am seeing results in a three week period for finger and hand motions that were not dealt with in over three months. While I would prefer to get excellent care closer to home, I’m ok making the drive to Orlando; my hand is worth it.
The therapist are great to work with. They provided exercises to get the range of motion in my hand back to normal quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use again, if needed.
yes this is my 4th time going they have always been very kind and helpful they treat people with the up most respect hopefully I won't need another surgery on my shoulder
I visited the Hale Hand Center twice a week following surgery. Appointments were easy to obtain and I waited only a few minutes to be seen. The staff is friendly and look to work variety into each session to keep therapy fresh and interesting.
Wonderful-therapy was smooth and everyone was always friendly. Sadie was my therapist and got me through my ucl (thumb) recovery. Always listened to my concerns and never pushed beyond what my hand was ready for. It was easy to make appointments too that fit my schedule. I highly recommend this center!
Sue Hale has an awesome team!!! Verna rocks the front desk while Therapists Sue, Sadie, Lauren and Jessica who treated my elbow previously and now just completing my hand therapy I couldn’t recommend anyone else!The Hale Hand Center in Melbourne makes you strong again and I feel good. I had major shoulder surgery June 2020. After 5 weeks I lost use of my hand. Physical therapy for months helped my shoulder but hand still not functioning. I went to Hale Hand Center and with 6 visits my hand is coming alive! Sue Hale and team are so professional, compassionate and go above and beyond with each client. From the front desk to scheduling to Care to Covid clean, I am so glad I found this business and definitely give them 5 stars.
