Went to hale family dental because it was the only dentist that accepted my insurance near me they were super nice at first and even tried getting all of the stuff and work done before my insurance ended when I turned 18 but one of the crowns they put on came off a month after having it and when I called to ask if they could fix it because crown should last up to six years, they tried to have me pay since I didn’t have insurance and I told them that it was their mistake that they needed to fix it because it shouldn’t have ca... read more
Love these guys.
They're the worst dental company in all of Utah. They're only interested in your money, not your dental health. They don't seek any solutions to help you; they just expect you to spend your money with them, regardless of whether it will actually help you. I recommend you look elsewhere for dental care with truly professional customer service.
Really poor communication, I mentioned needing text messages as a reminder. And they failed too mention their texting system Is down... So my $50 for a very much needed sadation was jacked
