Love these guys.
They're the worst dental company in all of Utah. They're only interested in your money, not your dental health. They don't seek any solutions to help you; they just expect you to spend your money with them, regardless of whether it will actually help you. I recommend you look elsewhere for dental care with truly professional customer service.
Really poor communication, I mentioned needing text messages as a reminder. And they failed too mention their texting system Is down... So my $50 for a very much needed sadation was jacked
Update: It was 2 weeks ago when I was told I'd have my refund of 300+back to my debit card. Nothing has happened nothing in the bank is pending and the LOVELY lady at the desk who answered the phone simply said "I don't know what to tell you" then hung up when I got upset. I had a credit on my account. I expected the company to do the right thing and return my funds at an acceptable time limit. And now I'm just out the $300+.
