Shannon is fantastic! Just this morning around 7am I called the office, and requested to be seen today. Although she is not in until 9, she was able to get back to me via text within 30 minutes and get me set up to get fixed before lunch!
I have always had a very professional experience . Greeted with a smile which when your not feeling well is good to see a friendly face and kind voice. Very easy to schedual appointments & very good at what she does. I would gladly recommend this business to my friends and family.
After finding this business on Google, I texted the number on a Saturday. I get no response on a read message then get an unwelcoming “who’s this” on Sunday. Not sure if I just had the wrong number or what. I get a reply assuming I’m a solicitor and tells me they don’t wanna be disturbed on a Sunday. This is very unprofessional and please take down the text option. I do not recommend this place! Based on this experience, I will not chance my health on this greeting!
