Was trying to chase down the issue with my car on my own and usually do my own work. But will admit when it’s over my head. Described the issue to the techs at the shop and within a day they had it figured out and the excellent work they always do had my car literally running like new.
Been using John Hale Automotive for primary A/C work but also different other repairs for about 25 years. If his shop did a repair and something was wrong his shop made it right.
The team at Hale Automotive are the BEST!!! They are always nice, courteous, friendly and very professional. I'm a satisfied customer and I will definitely tell others about their outstanding customer service.
Hale Automotive in Hiram is hands down the best. I just got my tires rotated and balanced as well as an alignment the other day and it was incredible from start to finish and the pricing was excellent. They send a text with a breakdown of what they did with images of your vehicle and any concerns the mechanic may have seen. They also have a warranty on all services included. Great service. They fixed my ac unit and it works better than when I drove it off the lot as a new car. Good people.
