Went to haldeman subaru in robbinsville nj and first met with ken who was very pleasant and professional. Next i worked with nick on finding the perfect car. Mick made the buying experience a pleasure. From the minute i shook his hand he was courteous, professional and didnt rush me into getting a car. We dread car shopping, but had a good experience at this dealer in the market for a used Subaru and was given great experience by Maria, who treated us with respect and helped us get what we needed to leave happy with our purchase. Other staff were great, too. Highly recommend Maria and this dealership if you are looking for a Subaru. Lots of inventory and good prices.
My service advisor, Amber Updike, was professional and fantastic to deal with. Service Dept. was efficient and professional with good communication with the customer. All work was properly done with no issues. Would take my car there again for service.
Great service from greeting to delivery of my car from the service dept. these guys we’re respectful of my time, got my details and gave me a loaner w/in just 15mins. They serviced the car and provided me with updates and videos of the inspection. I was pretty blown away. I had heard they were really good but this service was exceptional. Tyler was my service advisor and he even went as far as to help me customize the display. Very happy doing business with these guys
Haldeman Subaru is the best! I have a Subaru dealership 10 minutes from my house, but I drive 30 minutes to Haldeman, because they make sure you are completely satisfied with their service. Amber, who keeps you informed and updated, and Zach, the manager, are both amazing!
