Going to other places was such a bad experience for me. Walking into Haldeman Lexus I was greated very friendly and helpful. My salesman Joe Chang was absolutely amazing. I asked him questions he asked me questions. It was wonderful since I new nothing of the Lexus cars prior. He made me comfortable not pushed at like some salesman do. Tara is # 1 in service. She took time to find repair record of my particular car. And counseled me on how to get the best out of my newest RX 350. [This is my 3rd RX 350.] It’s always good to find a service provider as patient as Tara. Many kudos to Haldeman to have trained and retained a high professional. And of course, thanks to the repair staff for diagnosing the problem and fixing it quickly. Haldeman is a star.
