I consider Haldeman Ford family. I have a 2012 focus, my mom has a 2010 Taurus and my dad has a 2004 Ranger all serviced by Haldeman Ford.
I called to make an appointment I was told to drop my car off the night before so they could take a look at it sometime the next day. I called to confirm but was told at that time service department was closed I stated ok well he said for me to drop off car and there are two haldeman ford just want to make sure I have the right one the woman in customer service stated the address I drove a half hour to find a gate locked so you could not drop off car and was told we don't do night before drop offs once I was there. ill be go... read more
