Bought a 2019 f150 with 25000 miles on it. Was told it was completely mechanically sound (despite having obvious signs of rodent damage to the engine bay). No less than 2 days into owning it did I notice it shifting hard in lower gears. Brought it to another ford dealer and was told the transmission needed to be completely rebuilt. Over a month after buying a car from them and they never sent my license plate or even a temporary license plate, nor did they update me on the status of the delayed plate. The only time I was informed about any part of the process was after calling them several times and getting the run around.
