Service Dept addressed two minor Ford recalls and performed regular maintenance on my 2018 Ford Explorer. The work was done on time, and the Haldeman Staff were all very courteous & professional.
Was looking for a 2026 expedition. Was quoted a price that was sent to me by Jonathan sales manager, offering $3000 off and $3500 Rebate. Once I get to the dealership, they're tell me Ford can't give me the $3500 rebate and gave me a nonsense story just to get me into the dealership. What a waste of time and bad business on their part. Stay away from this dealership. They'll try to take advantage of you and rip you off.
Fantastic dealer and I honestly have to shout out Mckenzie she was wonderful. She was the best ever I totally recommend her.
