Prices are too high for the location
The older man at the front desk is disgustingly rude. I tried to ask him a question, he didn’t even let me finish speaking before cutting me off rudely and saying “no.” I literally had a simple question about the building, and even if the answer is no that’s fine, but you don’t interrupt someone and just treat them like any less of a person. I’ve never been spoken to like that, no less from someone I’m trying to get HELP FROM.
