Perfect place to stay for the weekend celebrating our anniversary! Close to downtown Lawrence and Campus. Very clean & beautiful home/yard. Complimentary breakfast consist of excellent coffee, juice, yougurt, homemade granola, berries and pineapple , spinach & broccoli quiche. Lots of gluten free options! Variety of breads w/ peanut butter and homemade jelly’s. Hard boiled eggs, banana bread, etc. Olga, the house manager was very nice and took good care of everyone! Room is great, breakfast is lacking. If you don't mind self serve and zero staff, this is the place for you!
It was very clean very professional ran and it was my first day at a bed and breakfast it gave me a very good impression.
