The nurses were wonderful. It’s been a month since my father died and still waiting on Dr West to sign death certificate. Can’t pay funeral home or bills till he signs it. Have called many times and just get run around about why it’s not signed. Would not recommend them because of this extra stress they cause the family after death.
My dad was under Halcyon’s care for the last 3 months and I couldn’t have asked for better support & care. Deanna, Bincy, Chaplin Betty, all the CNAs I am so grateful to all of them and forever grateful for their professionalism and kindness during very difficult time. They literally become part of your extended family.
