I have called twice over a two week period to try to arrange a driver to take me to Georgetown for a procedure at an oral surgeon and to bring me home. I was transferred to a voicemail and twice left my name, number and a message telling them what I needed. No call back. If this is how they run their company I would not trust them to show up to take me for my appointment. No stars. RT
