RecommendedThe staff were super nice. My questions was answered I felt welcome these people haven't seen me a day in their life till yesterday. I've been communicating by email response time was ok I no from first hand why it took a few minutes to response ,everyone was busy the same time they showed me that am someone important .Checking to see if I need something an am I ok I notice great team work , which is a must .Don't go by my words go check it out for yourself .
An amazing group of individuals that go above and beyond for their patients. They put their heart and soul on everything they do starting from the CEO all the way down to the passionate nurses and caregivers.
I can't comment on their Care of a Client, only as an Employee. I was upfront about my Availability and was told they could work with that. I was ALSO upfront regarding my having a Private Client. Again, I was told not an Issue. Well, I was lied to on both accounts. Am awaiting on a return call from someone in the Office. I won't be recommending this Agency to work for, at least, not in my Location.
