Halcyon at West Bay is one of the best decision our family has made for the care of our mother. I cannot say enough about the level of care and attention the staff provides on a daily basis to include everyone from adminstration, nursing, kitchen, maintenance, cleaning, bridges program, and drivers!! While we didn’t end up choosing an ALF quite yet, Paige was incredibly helpful in touring multiple times and being so supportive and patient with all our questions. A reassuring experience and beautiful facility!
Moving my mom to Halcyon was the best thing I could have ever done. Johanna and Ben in the Reflections memory care have added engagement and activities that are adding a great quality of life. The management team is always available to address concerns, questions, and feedback.
