They take the cake of unethical trying to steal sellers homes. I would never accept their offers they play games and tie and up seller property. Trey has no Realtor designation so he doesn't have to follow ethic or honesty rules. Save yourself time don't deal with him or this company. His reviews are not people he has bought their homes. Friends, mortgage, title and people not part of his direct transactions don't know how is tries to scam sellers.
I count it a privilege to call Trey a friend and business associate. He is intelligent, empathetic, hard-working, entrepreneurial, and of high character.
