Visited this place 4 out of my 5 days in Orlando. Nice food and friendly staff. Just to clear out on one of the reviews regarding poor service and misbehaviour from the staff. The staff was highly respectable and friendly until the point where a young man abused her on serving the food in pieces.
Halal Food Express is a five star restaurant with amazing customer service and scrumptious food. The store was clean and nice. The employees were efficient and quick, and our food arrived quickly after we ordered it. Overall, topnotch restaurant.
I visited the place for the first time... I came from far away.... one of the lady provided us with very poor customer service. Firstly she took order with very rude attitude. Secondly she served us the food in very unpleasant manners. When we asked her to serve us the food together rather then bringing one dish one by one she yelled at us infront of everyone in the store. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO ANYONE!!!! I HATE TO SAY THAT BUT THE LADY WHO WAS WEARING HIJAB WAS EXTREMELY RUDE TO ME AND MY HUSBAND. We checked in today in the store we ordered our food. After 15 minutes of waiting when my husband asked her how much longer would it take she yelled at him and said I DON'T KNOW....I CAN'T SERVE UNCOOKED FOOD ITA IN THE OVEN... ARE YOU CRAZY?? .... this was the worst experience I would never go there again
Good family owned restaurant in Orlando. I would recommend the owner that during the busy holiday season bring extra inventory so he can accommodate everyone I went there twice and they were out of whole chicken 🐓 and Beef philly steak sandwich. However it’s a blessing to have this place open that late where all other Desi Halal joints closes at 11pm this stays open till 1Am. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
