Great experience with Hala who was always supportive and proactive in identifying potential house options and provided valuable advice esp in the currently tight market in the DMV area. I heavily relied on Hala’s advice scanning the market and making a decision to purchase the house esp. while being overseas.
Very poor experience we'll never use again
I don’t trust someone to guide families into “forever homes” when she wouldn’t offer her own son a temporary one during a hard time. That disconnect tells me everything I need to know about her values. Real estate is about trust, and in my lived experience, the compassion and integrity didn’t show up when there was nothing in it for her.
Top-notch service. Hala was tremendously helpful in the process of buying my first home. She objectively pointed out downsides and upsides of the different homes we looked at, which helped making a decision much easier. I recommend her to my friends and family, and to anyone looking for an honest and astute realtor.
