Daughter with POTS. Took years to get an apppointment. They then canceled it multiple times, rescheduling 6 months out each time. Finally got in and started testing on our daughter in January 2026, scheduled multiple appointments for follow-ups and testing, then they send a text message canceling all appointments because they are renovating the office for 3 months. as if that happened suddenly. staff don't know anything more either.
