Hal didn't represent me very well. He didn't advise me very well throughout the process, leaving me to my own little knowledge of the process. Then he surprised me with questions I wasn't prepared for in front of the judge. In hindsight, there were a lot of gaps that any attorney should have attended to. Very disappointed.
Just a complete and utter moron! He was not my attorney ever. I would never dream of asking him to be my attorney. My friend was going through a custody battle and Hal was her ex-husband's attorney. I was in NO way going to be of any help to his client yet Hal forced me to come to court with a supenea causing me to miss school. Clinicals actually that day, I was in a nursing program.
