HAL Mechanical and John Becker provided exceptional service! We had air conditioner issues with a noisy blower and concerns about the air conditioning unit. John arrived on time introduced himself and was very clean and courteous. John determined that the blower motor was the problem. But rather than disconnecting everything and ordering a new unit and saying I’ll be back in a couple of days with a replacement unit, he took the unit out examined it and made repairs on site! HAL Does a great job
Lauryn and Khadra did a great job on my preventive maintenance for my AC system.
Our 5 ton condensing unit was making a terrible noise and shut down. John Becker came out to the house on Sunday evening and dove right in and got the unit working again in no time. He was very knowledgeable and professional.
