Needed PCP because I changed insurance. Crossroads medical had an office close so I decided to choose Dr. Jordan. I developed a problem and went to the clinic. Each time you go you will get someone other than a true doctor. I saw Timothy Hayes. I was having trouble breathing. After 4 weeks, I asked if there was a blood test because I just did a telehealth and that Dr. said that would be the first thing he would give was a blood test. He said there was no need. My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Jenkins for many years now. There are not enough words to adequately express our love and appreciation for him. We have never been to his office, or clinics, that we were not treated like family. He has seen us through the good times and the bad times. But always with a smile and assurance that they honestly care.
Dr. Jenkins has been my sole primary care provider since 2014. He is compassionate, knowledgeable, and part of a very competent practice. He does my annual checkups and refers as needed to specialists. I have lived in many places and had multiple primary care providers, and I would put Dr. Jenkins at the top of the list.

Dr Jordan was a great doctor before and Crossroads Medical opened numerous locations. Now you will NEVER see him. He has his "team" see you. Very disappointed.

I love having all their different locations and knowing there are walk-in clinics when needed. Muscle relaxers, pain pills and Valium for an elderly patient who didn't need them. Overmedicated his patient!!!!!!
