This company is the worst! Would give zero stars if I could. I had an appraisal done on my house after renovations then gave a low value they don't know what they doing. Still waiting on the report after almost 3 weeks since they came over my house. I do not recommend this service to anyone and I wouldn't work with any lender that use them at all ever again.
Would give zero stars if I could. I had an appraisal done on my house after renovations and they walked through my house in two minutes and then gave a low value. I had to point out improvements to them that they should have seen for themselves. Will never use them again and would refuse to work with any company that would insist on using them.
This company is a joke our realtor called them to get appraisal on our house he called the realtor and said for her to call us and tell us not to be mad when he gave a low appraisal on our house this guy has not even came to my house yet 3 days before he is supposed to be here. Don't use this guy not professional at all. I think mortgage companys should look real close at this guy. I wonder how many people he has screwed while he has been doing appraisals.
