Went to this doctor for an insurance claim. He asked alot of questions and seems to understand the pain i was having. He did some tests and said he saw the issue with my shoulder. When he wrote the report he out right Lied. He said patient is fine nothing wrong . Told him about tingling in my arm. Explained what i was able to do and not able to do. He seemed to understand . but yet when it came to the report he said everything is fine . Suggestion is to bring in a audio recorder and tape your conversation with him.
