Kourtney is always so very kind, helpful, caring and professional in every interaction.
I am shocked honestly. I have never been to a "professional" office that was so lacking in competency. The gals who answer the phone sound about 16. All of them. They say Ummmm every other word. And that's when they actually even answer the phone most of the time you get the voice recording. Don't ask any questions about insurance or billing because they will pretend to act like they have no idea how to look things up. My 1st review was 1 star due to lack of communication between whoever. With that being said Sloan and Horne are Rockstars in my book!!!! Kourtney has never failed me and has always listened to what my needs and wants are and what I know has worked for me in the past and what hasn’t. She never pushes anything either. Kendal is just a doll and we hope to see her soon telehealth. However, being new to another part of this facility has been rather difficult and confusing. I am so pleased with Hakuna. The staff is welcoming and so attentive. My therapist is a perfect fit. There is a psychiatrist available for a continued monitoring of any mental health needs as well as providing any medication needed. This psychiatrist is one in a million! I have been pleased with everything Hakuna offers and if anyone is in need of therapy and mental health care, I highly recommend Hakuna.
