I made a reservation for a showroom appointment somewhere in the week of June 23rd. However 2hrs before my appointment was supposed to take place, they called to inform me they closed at 4pm so they canceled my appointment. I do not understand why they couldn’t tell me this days in advance if that was the case. Their online scheduling form allowed for a 5pm appointment. This is wholly unprofessional for a company.

I've been buying Hakuhodo brushes for almost 15 years now. They are amazing quality and are still in excellent shape after many years of heavy use. Once you use real Japanese fude, you won't be able to go back to poor quality, scratchy brushes that are the norm in the USA. I was in LA for a few days and remembered that they have a showroom in Torrance. It is pretty close to the airport, so I stopped by on my way to the airport to fly home. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Hakuhodo USA. I was skeptical at first when I saw the location. But they seemed to be the only company selling Hakuhodo brushes in the US so I presumed legitimacy and decided to order from them. In deciding to replace my makeup brushes I came to realize the market is MUCH more saturated than the last time I purchased brushes. I decided to narrow it down to one brand first. Good selection of brushes, but inefficient when it comes to international orders. It’s been 3 weeks I’m waiting for an order that should take up to «10 business days». The joke
